It's going to be 70 degrees today in SLC, probably a record high, meanwhile there are terrible storms in NYC which has caused our flight to be cancelled. So instead of a 18 hour flight, direct to Kyiv from NYC, it will now be a 29 hour flight going to Atlanta, Paris, Kyiv.

The good news, we got to come home from the airport, so now there is time to finish the vacuuming that didn't get done before we left, even though I didn't climb in to bed at all. Hence the title, the Russian word of the day, meaning sleep, dream. Didn't get any last night - I'm sure I'll sleep on the plane now. The other good news - got one more hug from Laur and Lex before they went to school. But had to say good-bye twice. That was hard - going to miss those sweethearts.

Gotta go try again to get ahold of our facilitator, to make sure we will have someone at the airport for us in Kyiv.
