Testimony

I teach Relief Society in my ward and on Sunday my lesson was on sharing the Gospel. We talked about using the internet to do this. I thought I would practice what I preach :) and share my testimony, one of my greatest treasures.

I am so grateful to be a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The blessings of the Gospel are so incredible and I am so thankful for the tender mercies the Lord gives to me. The Plan of Salvation gives us such purpose and understanding of life and the challenges we face. I am so grateful for my Savior Jesus Christ, for the Atonement and the opportunity to repent and give our heartaches to Him to heal. I know He lived, died and lives again for us. Prayers are heard and answered by a loving Heavenly Father. I know Joseph Smith was a Prophet of God and that he restored the Gospel of Jesus Christ in this dispensation. I thankful for the blessings of the Priesthood which were also restored through Joseph Smith. The Book of Mormon is a precious book of scripture, another testament of Jesus Christ. I am thankful for a living Prophet on the earth today, Pres. Thomas S. Monson. The words of the Prophets give us such hope and direction in life. I am grateful for the knowledge that families can be forever. My family is such a great blessing in my life and I love them all very much. I know the religion to which I belong is true.
