Lets see - update on the kids, starting from oldest to youngest. Trevor is now working part time as a Fireman at South Salt Lake, also part time at Park City. He is also still working at Abbie's dad business. On top of all that he started Paramedic school the beginning of January. He is a busy boy and very proud of him! Abbie is a great mom and adores Maddix. Her photography business is taking off and she is really enjoying it and does some amazing photos. Click here to see some of her work. Here's a couple of their son Maddix. He is such a joy, his smile will knock your socks off. His whole countenance lights up. He makes me very happy.
This was taken in November with Trev's fire uniform. Love this.

Here's a couple of his 6 month picutres

I better add a smiling one, this is last night. A little goofy, he's rolling his tongue.
Next come Meagan and fiance' Jamie. They will be getting married in the fall. Prob on 10-10-10. Meag is still working at the furniture store Antigua, she is quite talented in what she does and has a great eye for decorating. She has made their rental home a very comfortable and welcoming home and nicely decorated, finding bargains along the way. She is redoing some furniture and making the 2nd bedroom into a nursery. Yes! another grandbaby on the way. She is due the end of June and is so excited to be a mother. Her and Jamie will be great parents. They are so compassionate and fill in with Jamie's neice's and nephew's with so much love and guidance. They can't wait to find out if it's a girl or boy on Feb. 1st. (I'm thinking boy) Jamie is a great guy and loves Meag so much and takes very good care of her.
Here's her cute Christmas picture.

I have the cutest grandkids ever!

Here's Eisley and Maddix playing last night.
Next Lauren, she finally moved out of the terrible situation she was in with the living arrangements and roommates from *%##. She is so relieved to be out of there and have the related stress and anxiety subside. I think she has learned quite a few of life lessons along the way. She has her dog Dallas as her only roommate and won't have to put up with nasty girls.
Lexi (my birth baby) turned 18 in November. I am so in denial with this. I don't mind myself getting older (having the big one in a few weeks), but in the last 4 months, 3 of my kids have had 'big' birthdays, Trev turned 30, Laur turned 21 and Lex 18. Lex is finishing up her Senior year, still cheering and deciding what hair color to be. She's been blonde, red and brown in the last few months.
Laina continues to do well in school, learning lots in her leadership responsibilities. She still has her 'nannying' job and really enjoys that. They love her (everyone does, her fun personality really comes out away from home. I wish I saw it more. Her tutor, friends parents, teachers comment. She has gotten a little better after a 'talk'.)
We had great holidays for the most part. It is great to be with family! Here's a family photo from our festive Christmas sweater dinner party.
I've been really enjoying my Monday Religion class and occasional snowshoeing this winter and hiking in the fall. I would highly suggest to pick up these hobbies. I am excited to get back on my bike again too. Do you think I can do long big rides like last year? I get a little nervous.
Steve continues to paint. He's working on launching a couple of other projects that hopefully can be announced soon. He loves being a grampa! as much as I love being a gamama!
This is long (and prob boring). Gotta go to bed. Looking through some pictures there's lots I should have blogged about. Hopefully I can do more regularly.
